The Journey of twenty-two hundred miles begins with just a single step. Lao Tzu (paraphrased) This blog is mainly about my excursion upon the Appalachian Trail. This is a journey that has been 15 years in the planning stage and on March 20, 2022 it will see that plan being executed. This old House

Front of house facing Hwy. (West side)

Hello Everyone
.
On this date I became a home owner of the old house you see in the photo. I know it doesn't look like much now but I will continue to restore it until it's right. Sence I had to sink every penny I had to purchace it, I now need to raise more funds. I am thinking about having a Line of Credit establish for these repairs. I have 100% equality in the house. Also I can use this line of credit to help with the cost of school.
.
I have been working for the Troup Co. EMS system as an EMT-I. I was working around 70 hrs. a week, but have cut that back to around 40. Starting to get a little burn out with it. My schedule is the rotating 12hr. I work nights, but in a two week period I only work 7 days and get 7 days off. Every other weekend is a three day weekend. I may pick up some extra shifts, but I doubt that I'll do that on my three day weekend.
.
You should be able from time to time to come here and look this site over and see what is happening with me. You can also leave comments at the end of each post and can catch myself up on the going on in your life.
.
I believe I'll close this post for now
