We went to lunch at Dunbar here in San Angelo. It reminded me of an old cattlemen cafe. Even though it was near two in the afternoon it was still crowded. Mother and I both order a hamburger that was heavenly. I would pit it against a Five Guys burger anyday. Afterwards we rode around town a bit looking at the various sights while mother gave me the grand tour. Then we return to her home where Maddie accepted the truth that she was going to be left here and not become Georgia bound with me in the morning.
Mother comforted her.
Mother comforted her.
