Barney Cook

Barney Cook of the Louise Hines Comunity has passed away this morning at 07:58 am. Mr. Cook suffered a cardiac arrest yesterday and was in ICU at West Georgia Health System. I myself, took care of Mr. Cook in his son and daughter-in-law's home for over a year.

The family is financially strapped for funds at this time and Mr. Cook had no life insurance. One of Mr. Cook's daughter is looking to undergo cardiac procedures within the week.

Donations are being asked to help defray the cost of cremation. Anyone wishing to donate should contact the Claude A. Mckibben and Son Funeral Home in Hogansville to make a donation. The number is: 706-637-8623.
